The Cellar Supply Imperial Carbonation Stone is built for high-capacity brite tanks ranging from 20 bbl to 120 bbl. With its larger 1¼″ diameter and 14.5″ sintered stainless steel body, this stone provides gentle and consistent carbonation for large batch volumes, minimizing aroma loss and maximizing CO2 absorption efficiency.
This oversized carbonation stone features two 1.5″ Tri-Clamp connections—one for in-tank installation and one for connecting to our Sanitary Gas Check Valve (sold separately). The smooth-bore design eliminates exposed threads and integrates directly into acid CIP cycles for easy cleaning and long-term performance.
