Cellar Supply Carbonation Stone Assembly – 12″, ¾″ Diameter, with Sanitary Gas Check Valve

Designed for brite tanks ranging from 7 bbl to 60 bbl, the Cellar Supply Carbonation Stone Assembly delivers reliable CO₂ diffusion with minimal aroma loss. This complete assembly offers a thread-free solution for clean, consistent in-tank carbonation, featuring a 12″ sintered carbonation stone and a Sanitary Gas Check Valve.

The 12″ stone includes 8″ of sintered 316L stainless steel and a solid 4″ collar to pass through thick glycol jackets and insulation. Connected externally via a 1.5″ Tri-Clamp flange, the check valve ensures safe gas flow while preventing backflow into your CO₂ line. This assembly integrates seamlessly into your acid CIP loop to reduce beer stone buildup and keep your carbonation system performing at its best.
