Wort Aeration Plus Static Mixer
Aside from yeast pitching levels and yeast health, wort aeration levels are the most critical aspect of fast fermentation. However, integrating proper mixing is necessary to get the proper dissolved wort level.
Fluids may be continuously blended inline within a pipeline thanks to stationary mixing equipment known as static mixers. Static mixers, which lack any moving components, use the energy of the flow stream to provide dependable, stable, and consistent mixing. This changes the wort flow from a laminar gas and liquid separate phase to a more turbulent integrated fluid phase.
