
13MHHM Double Pin Heavy Duty Tri-Clamp
Tri-clamps are one of the most common sanitary connection types in North America. It consists of a gasket between two tri-clamp ferrules or flanges which are mechanically tightened in place with a clamp. Made from stainless steel, it is used for piping in the food, beverage, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries. This double pin clamp has a cross hole wing nut so that it can be tightened with tools, the double pin can help with installation and removal should a single pin clamp not have the clearance. They are verified by both ASME A270 and 3A certifications.

- Wingnut tightened to 25 in. lb. of torque

- Service pressure ratings are based on the following parameters: matching elastomer gaskets and weld ferrules properly aligned and assembled with the clamps tightened to the required torques. Tests are done hydrostatically with no water hammer or shock loads.
- Please note the pressure ratings of the described unions may be above the recommended pipeline operating pressures.
