16AMR Tri-Clamp Cap Reducer – Compact Sanitary Reducer for Tight Spaces
The 16AMR Tri-Clamp Cap Reducer offers a low-profile solution for reducing between Tri-Clamp sizes in hygienic processing lines. Unlike traditional concentric or eccentric reducers, the cap-style design keeps the overall height to just 1-1/4", making it ideal for installations with limited vertical clearance. Despite the name, this reducer can also be used as an increaser, allowing for flexible flow configurations without the risk of pooling.
This Tri-Clamp reducer ensures smooth transitions between pipe sizes in horizontal runs, and can also be mounted vertically as a clean-out or sanitation port. Manufactured from 304 stainless steel with a sanitary polish, the 16AMR is built to withstand repeated CIP cycles in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical environments.
Note: Due to its geometry, the 16AMR Tri-Clamp Cap Reducer is not 3-A certified. However, it is fabricated from sanitary-grade materials and polished for cleanability in general hygienic applications.
