There are a lot of options on the market out there when starting a brewery. Over the last year, we looked at the options in the small brewery space. It was overwhelming. Barrels or hectolitres? What size? What heating option?
From those basic questions, we started to develop the Community Series of brewhouses. Designed for the taproom or neighbourhood sized brewery, it's the only system designed for either Imperial or Metric brewers in North America. Allowing for easy communication, a long service life, and easy expansion plans.
Every craft brewery has a brewhouse, and a growing brewing enterprise can't afford a single day of downtime due to equipment breakdowns. Sanitation-related stumbling blocks can also have a long-term impact on a brewery's image, especially with increasingly complex cellaring processes. Our Community Series Brewing Equipment is built with certified 304 stainless steel and undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection during the construction process to ensure that it will survive for years to come.
All equipment is available with adaptable solutions that are tailored to your needs while remaining flexible enough to accommodate future expansion. For quick and easy installation, we provide gas-fired, electric, and hybrid brewhouses, as well as cellaring equipment like beer fermenters, brite tanks, and glycol chillers.
