The Tri-Clamp Pressure Relief Valve – 1 Bar provides compact, hygienic protection for tanks and closed process systems by safely venting overpressure and preventing vacuum collapse. Designed for 2″ Tri-Clamp ports, it can be mounted on tank domes or integrated into a Pressure Arm Manifold (PAM) system.
This valve relieves pressure at 1 bar (14.9 psi) and allows air intake at 0.089 psi vacuum, helping maintain vessel integrity under varying conditions. Unlike fixed-seal designs, this compact valve is fully serviceable — it can be disassembled for manual cleaning and inspected for wear as part of your standard maintenance routine.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish, it offers a reliable and hygienic solution for general food, beverage, and sanitary applications.
