The Cellar Supply Imperial Carbonation Stone Assembly is purpose-built for large-format brite tanks from 20 bbl to 120 bbl. Featuring a 14.5″ sintered 316L stainless steel stone with a 1¼″ diameter, this assembly delivers consistent carbonation with minimal loss of flavor or aroma—even in high-capacity systems.

This complete assembly includes dual 1.5″ Tri-Clamp connections and a Sanitary Gas Check Valve, which prevents backflow into your CO2 line and simplifies CIP cleaning. The full-length design allows deep in-tank dispersion while maintaining an easy-to-clean, thread-free interface.
